The weather forecast for Saturday is not looking good and we need to cancel our Family Movie Night at the Waukee Stadium on 9/21. But, there's good news!
Good News: We are hard at work planning a Homecoming Family Tailgate at BV on Friday, 9/27 from 5:30-7:00. Join us outside at BV for free food, yard games, and other fun with a Waukee tailgate theme. Waukee spiritwear is encouraged! We will have our raffle during the event, so ticket sales will continue through the next week. Raffle tickets are $1 and can also be purchased at the tailgate on Friday.
In addition to the fun, this event is also an important fundraiser for BV. Our goal is to raise money for unique student experiences at Brookview. Our amazing PE teachers, Mrs. Seiler and Mrs. Whipps, have plans to install a ROCK CLIMBING WALL in the gym and PTO would love to assist in funding this project! Yes...we just said ROCK CLIMBING WALL!!
We will get more details to you about the tailgate as soon as they are finalized, but for now, mark your calendars for next Friday night!
